Remodel

Northwest Arkansas Interior Designer Home Renovation Remodel Decorate

Before the remodel, the Regency Court home was a dated, colonial-style house, built in 1990. Nico Interior Design transformed it into a timeless, vintage-inspired home with a nod to farmhouse design. We also simplified the floor plan of the home and improved overall flow and functionality.

To begin, we made layout changes to improve flow and functionality of high-activity areas including the kitchen, mudroom, breakfast area, laundry room, living room, master bathroom and master closets. Vintage-inspired architectural features, materials, fixtures and doors were paired with classic cabinetry and a contemporary color palette to create an up-to-date home with the timeless appeal of a vintage farmhouse.

The scope of this project was extensive, updating every square inch of this home’s interior while also providing a refresh to the exterior.

A tired brick exterior was painted to enhance curb appeal and complement the clean interior color palette. New exterior lighting, fencing, doors and garage doors completed the look.
