Working with you to customize the standard architectural floor plan presented to you by your builder
Custom designing unique architectural features throughout your home, such as feature walls or accents that can be framed into the design (These decisions must be made before the architectural plans are finalized)
Guiding you through the selection process for all exterior selections, starting with windows, entry door, garage doors, lighting and cladding and coordinating the color palette and finishes
Designing exterior entryways, porches, patios and decks
Guiding you through the selection process for all interior building products and materials, including cabinetry, flooring, countertops, lighting and plumbing fixtures, doors and hardware, as well as coordinating the color palette and finishes for these items
Custom designing unique built-ins for living rooms, studies, playrooms, bedrooms, bars and more
Drawing technical plans as required and creating visual schematics
